Questions and Answers about Paving
Q. If I order now when will my delivery come?
A. Usually within 7 days. Once you've placed an order with us, we will phone you to discuss your delivery requirements before attempting to deliver.
Q. What happens if I have some breakages?
A. Please report any breakages, damages etc as soon as possible. If possible please take a digital picture to help us establish what caused the problem. We will replace any substandard products as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot replace products from the Bradstone Peak Paving range. In the event of receiving breakages from this range, we can organise a refund to the value of those units damaged.
Unfortunately, we cannot collect damaged product. Customers are advised to dispose of any damaged product once replacements have been organised.
Q. Are breakages/quality problems common?
A. Very rarely. Our products are sourced mainly from Bradstone and Stoneflair who are both owned by a multinational company called Aggregate Industries. Both companies pride themselves on their quality standards and have a substantial technical department in the unlikely case of any problems.
Q. Is there an extra charge for delivery?
A. No as long as your order has at least one full pack included we offer free delivery throughout the UK with the exception of these postcodes AB, BT, DD, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA20+, PH, P030-41 and ZE.
Q. What if I order too little?
A. No problem. We can supply you with extra products. Please note however if your requirements are less than a full pack we will have to charge £30 for delivery. We recommend you always allow up to 10% extra for cutting. If you are unsure of how much product you need please ring the office on our free phone number where we would be happy to help you. Unfortunately some of our products cannot be sold as individual units and are only supplied in full packs, please call us for more details.
Q. What If I order too much?
A. We are able to take back full unopened packs but we will have to charge you with the cost of collection depending on where you are and what the product is. If you are unsure of how much product you need please ring the office on our free phone number where we would be happy to help you.
Q. What happens if I discover after ordering that the product is out of stock?
A. We will ring to inform you. Either you can immediately have a full refund or we can put you on a waiting list with an estimated time of availability.
Q. Why are your prices so low?
A. Simply Paving prides itself on offering low prices to our customers, whilst focusing on quality products. This is possible because we have the ability to deliver the products directly from the manufacturer to the customers' door, with 95% of products being collected from Stoneflair or Bradstone. By keeping overheads low and using the most economic method of delivery we can offer our customers competitive prices, every day. At Simply Paving, we understand the importance of getting your product right. A patio or driveway will last well over 10 years and possibly a lifetime.
