- Managing Director and Owner ~ Philip Marshall
Philip established Simply Paving in 2005, with over 25 years of experience in the paving market. He is the former Chief Executive of Marshall's PLC, the market leader, and more recently Chairman of Stoneflair. Philip is incredibly proud of the fact that "our members of staff are knowledgeable, approachable and always here to help" and that is what makes Simply Paving stand out from the crowd.- Operations Director ~ Lesley Bates
Lesley has also been with Simply Paving since the beginning, having previously worked for Stoneflair. Lesley deals mainly with organising the transportation of products and assisting with invoice queries and credit notes.- Senior Sales Advisor - Technical Department ~ Richard Partington
As our senior sales advisor in the Technical department, Richard has two years of experience at Simply Paving and deals mainly with Bradstone enquiries. He is also responsible for updating new products on the site, and is currently developing new laying guides to make it easier for customers to install Simply Paving's products themselves.- Emma Greenwood
Our only part time member of staff, Emma has been with Simply Paving for over 18 months. She assists Richard with Bradstone enquiries and has the daily task of liaising with customers to arrange delivery.
Key members of our senior sales team:
- Suzanne Jordan
Suzanne has been with Simply Paving now for over 14 months. She deals with haulage, specifically Stoneflair, and is responsible for arranging all their collections and deliveries. She has extensive product knowledge and is very aware of the importance of getting the right product to the right person, at the right time.- Nicola Haydock
For 18 months now Nicola has been at Simply Paving, working closely with Suzanne and assisting her with the haulage for Stoneflair. Nicola also deals with any problems to do with payment and customer care, so if you have a query regarding any part of the ordering process, Nicola is the best person to deal with. - Joanne Chappell
With a good knowledge of planning and design, Joanne can offer her inspiration to help you to decide which product is most suitable for your garden or driveway. Also if you're having any problems with calculating how much paving you need to order, she can advise you with this.Joanne has also been given reponsibility for the Simply Traders initiative,putting our customers in touch with a local installer. She's worked at Simply Paving for over a year. - Lorna Duncanson
Lorna has been working at Simply Paving over summer 2008, helping with invoices, answering the phones when busy and working on new marketing ideas and making improvements to the website. She has also helped to get Simply Traders up and running. Lorna is now working full time at Simply Paving as Marketing Coordinator after finishing studing English Literature at University.
